misrepresentation or material omission of information will be sufficient cause for elimination from employment consideration.

termination.
I authorize ServiceMaster Commercial Services (the Company) to contact, obtain, and verify the accuracy of information
contained in this application from all previous employers (unless otherwise indicated), schools, and references. I also hereby
release from liability the Company and its representatives for seeking, gathering, and using such information to make
employment decisions and all other persons or organizations for providing such information.
Neither this application nor any Company documents shall serve to create an actual or implied contract of employment.
Employment with ServiceMaster Commercial Services is an at-will relationship in which either the Company or the employee
can terminate the employment relationship without notice or reason, at any time, as long as there is no violation of applicable
federal or state law.
I further agree that I will abide by all rules, regulations, and policies of the Company and that failure to do so may be cause for
termination.
I understand that as a condition of employment I will be required to establish both identity and employment eligibility upon
accepting a position and before reporting to work. In addition, failure to maintain employment eligibility shall result in
termination of employment.

drug policy which may include pre-employment testing as well as testing while employed and understand that passing of testing
